Vice President of Sales
Mike joined Spiradrill in September of 2023 as VP of Sales. In this role, he leads the sales team and executes the company’s go-to-market growth strategy.
Mike brings over 32 years of proven equipment business success and a strong competitive spirit of winning the right way. His attention to customer service is always a priority, combined with building team collaboration around the company’s growth. Most recently, he spent the last ten years with Alban Caterpillar and Caterpillar, Inc. His last role as National Rental Account Manager for the Northeast and New England region had the responsibility for growing revenues and providing solutions to several of Caterpillar’s most important customers. As Harrisburg (PA) District Consultant, he supported the revenue and strategic growth for several Caterpillar Dealers throughout both North America and International locations. Mike started his equipment career with Prime Equipment Company based in Houston, where he held numerous positions in both sales and operations roles, including District Manager and Sales Manager. He has a proven background in leading all levels of sales teams combined with profit and loss responsibilities to support the success of Spiradrill.
Mike served in the United States Air Force for four years. While serving, he attended night school at the University of Maryland – Global Campus, studying business communication. He has also attended and taught how to influence and win programs through Dale Carnegie. He holds certifications from the Mercuri International sales training program and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. He is a long-time member of the ABC Delaware Chapter, as well as the American Rental Association.
Mike is an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and supports youth dancers through the Oxford (PA) Center for Dance – a role he embraced while his daughter danced there for 13 years. He and his wife, Ann, have three grown children together: Michael, Jr., Rebekah, and Timothy.
