Regional Sales Manager (West Coast)

Spiradrill is seeking an energic and dedicated sales manager to cover our West Coast territory. Qualified candidates should be experienced with Solution Selling principles who can identify customers’ business pain points, develop solutions, and turn leads into long-lasting business partnerships. Our regional sales managers serve as both a business development specialist, and a relationship owner for their developed group of customer accounts. Candidates will need to have strong product knowledge, an understanding of the industry, and be able to communicate directly and clearly with customers and prospects.

Assembler

The Assembler works in our manufacturing facility assembling products according to specifications, including: machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, hydraulic equipment, and more. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proficient at following blueprints and schematics, and productive within a team environment.

Industrial Painter

Industrial Painters operate and tend machines and use brushes or spray equipment as needed to apply paint, enamel, lacquer or other non-metallic protective and decorative coatings to surfaces of various products. Candidates should be able to properly operate and maintain equipment, perform basic repairs, and work well as a member of a team. Minimum of 2 years of experience required.

Machinist

The Machinist will operate machine tools to fabricate and manufacture machine parts for Spiradrill products. Candidates should have excellent mechanical skills, be able to operate various machine tools, be proficient at reading blueprints and schematics, and work well as part of a team. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a qualified machinist is required.

Material Handler

Material Handlers perform a variety of duties including receiving, storage, order picking, supplying production areas, accounting for inventory, and other jobs as assigned. Candidates should be detail oriented, be able to read and follow blueprints and schematics, and work well as a productive member of a team.

Sandblaster

The Sandblaster is responsible for sandblasting material in a safe and efficient manner to prep materials for manufacturing and finishing, as well as other duties as assigned. Candidates should have a proficient knowledge of materials, production process, quality control, and costs, and ability to use associated tools and equipment. Minimum of 1 year of experience required.

Welder

The Welder will weld, cut, and braze metal pieces and products by using flame-cutting and hand welding equipment in the manufacturing process of Spiradrill products. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of the tools and machines used in the welding process, including maintenance and repair, as well as the ability to plan work orders and follow technical plans. Minimum experience includes completion of a formal apprenticeship.
