Regional Manager – Southeast

 

In December of 2023, Bill Hair joined Spiradrill to provide solutions to customers across the southeast U.S through pressure digger sales, rentals, parts, and service. In this role, Bill provides enhanced customer service and partnership to customers through education of the Spiradrill value proposition.

Throughout his career, Bill has emphasized developing solutions to customer challenges create an excellent track record in his sales efforts. Prior to joining Spiradrill, Bill spent two-plus years with United Rentals (via Ahern Rentals) in Tampa, Florida. There, he helped open four new locations and set a year-over-year growth record for the Florida region. For over two decades, Bill has enriched his business acumen in roles from operations to general management to sales and training. Bill has honed his skills in lengthy stints with corporate giants such as Fastenal, Sunbelt Rentals, and regional utility construction company, RCH Enterprises, Inc.

Bill received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Louisiana Tech University. He enjoys hunting, camping, and serving his community through his church, Harborside Christian Church. Bill and his wife, Jennifer, have two adult sons (Austin and Logan) who both serve in the U.S. Navy. Scott Mobley

Regional Manager – Midwest

Scott Mobley joined Spiradrill in September of 2023 to lead sales initiatives in the Midwest region of the U.S. In this capacity, Scott ensures the value proposition of Spiradrill to each customer across the region.

By honing his verbal and written communication skills, Scott has enjoyed a robust career in heavy construction equipment sales spanning over 25 years. Primarily focused in account management and sales, Scott has developed strong customer relationships for several highly regarded equipment manufacturers, including Genie, JCB, Takeuchi, and Multiquip. Immediately prior to joining Spiradrill, Scott spent just over three years with Anderson UnderBridge as a regional sales manager for the bridge access equipment manufacturer.

Prior to his sales career, Scott spent four years serving in the United States Army achieving the rank of Sergeant and working as a voice interceptor and signals intelligence analyst. Following his Army service, he attended Washington State University and earned his bachelor’s degree in German Language and Literature. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, motorcycle riding, and golf. Scott and his wife, Kim, have two sons (Dean and Nick).

Ward Beadnell

Supply Chain/Parts Manager

 

Ward joined Spiradrill in April 2020 as a service mechanic before moving into the role of product support representative. Ward primarily services and repairs drilling rigs both in our facility and in the field. Additionally, he provides customer training on the operation of rigs and assists with diagnostics and parts.

Prior to joining Spiradrill, Ward spent 10 years in the parts and service industry – much of it as a crew manager for teams drilling piers for road signs across Texas.

Ward and his wife, Thomi, have twin 4-year-old boys (Miles and Chandler), and are also licensed foster parents. When not working with drilling rigs, Ward spends much of his spare time working on motorcycles in the repair shop he and his wife took over in 2021. For fun, he enjoys riding dirt bikes and playing football with his boys.

Frank Craddock

Product Support Representative

 

Frank joined Spiradrill in August 2019 following 30 years of valuable experience in automotive, diesel, and heavy equipment mechanics. At Spiradrill, Frank will assist customers in the field to diagnose issues and solve problems so they can get back to work quickly.

Frank holds many mechanical certifications including:

  • DDEC III/IV (Detroit Diesel Mechanics, Houston, TX – 2003).
  • Series 50/60 Overhaul with EGR (Detroit Diesel Mechanics, Houston, TX – 2003).
  • International Mobile Air Conditioning Association (IMACA) Certified.
  • National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certified in heavy equipment, brake, clutch, engine, electrical, hydraulic, suspension, and drive train.

Together with his wife (Micah), daughter (Avery), and son (AJ), Frank enjoys being outdoors hunting and fishing. He also enjoys finding ways to be active in the community and help his neighbors.
